Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. If your subscription was purchased through the App Store, you must cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings or another cancellation flow provided by Apple. If your subscription was purchased through our website or another external checkout, you can cancel through your account settings, through the customer portal provided by our payment provider, or by contacting us at support@rocketrader.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until that period ends, after which your account will revert to the free tier. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except as described below or as required by applicable law (including the statutory rights set out further in this policy). Outside of the circumstances described in this policy, we do not issue refunds for partial months, unused portions of a subscription, or previously completed billing periods. App Store purchase refund requests are handled by Apple through Apple's refund process, and eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
That said, we want you to be satisfied with the Services. For external-checkout purchases, we will consider refund requests in good faith in the following situations:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges: We will promptly refund any charge made in error, including duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after successful cancellation.
- Service failures: If the Services were substantially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle due to our fault, we will work with you in good faith to provide a pro-rated refund or service credit.
- Accidental renewals: If you are charged immediately after forgetting to cancel and have not meaningfully used the Services during that new billing period, you may contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund for an external-checkout purchase under any of these circumstances, please contact us at support@rocketrader.io with your account details and a brief description of the situation. We aim to respond to refund requests within five (5) business days. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, use Apple's Report a Problem flow or contact Apple Support.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or waives any refund or cancellation rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including (where applicable) the fourteen-day withdrawal period for digital services under European Union consumer law or similar statutory rights under other applicable laws.
Refunds processed through the applicable payment provider
Refunds, when issued, are processed back to the original payment method through the applicable purchase channel. App Store refunds are processed by Apple. External-checkout refunds are processed by the applicable external payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on Apple, the payment provider, your bank, or your card issuer.
